Salah Ramadan Fathallah Abu Muaffi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Alexandria University. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, registered before the Court of Cassation and the State Council, and practised from his own office in Egypt before joining law firms in Dubai in June 2010.
He handles civil, commercial and criminal lawsuits and claims, and has particular skill in cases involving banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate and lease disputes, as well as inheritance, wills and personal status.
He completed a training course in arbitration with the International Arbitration Association in Alexandria in 2013, and drafts contracts and settlements that protect his clients’ rights.
